I’m a personal trainer and coach at Simon Hyun Fitness in Chicago, Illinois. While I’ve been a personal trainer for five years, I’ve spent the last 17 years learning about the ever-evolving health and fitness trends. I’m known to push my clients beyond what they imagine they can do, resulting in fitter, more confident individuals. My goal isn’t to just build stronger bodies, but stronger people. I train clients one on one and in small group settings.
