Question. What’s easier to put together?

A tent or a house?

Most of you will probably go with a tent. And you would be right!

But here’s another question.

What do you think would last longer?

Probably a house. Am I right?

The same analogy can be applied when thinking about weight loss or nutrition.

It’s easy to go with something that you think is easy and convenient

(No CARBS! NO SUGAR! NO BREAD! ONLY FATS! ONLY PROTEIN! DETOX)

but in the long run, you most likely will put yourself in a situation where you’re going to be miserable in the short and long term.

What once was thought to be practical because it’s “perfect” outside, later on becomes a burden when the weather changes, the winds blow, and you get soaked.

Building good nutrition habits are like building a sturdy home.

Yes. The foundations and structure will take longer for you to put together. But in the long run, it can withstand the changing seasons, unpredictable weather, and time itself.

Do the groundwork now and you’ll always have something you can come home to, day after day…year after year.
